Ways of learning how to map and work through your mind, emotions, and reactions that you can re-use again and again. Those who don’t need therapy but want to know how to self-guide every time. I use the things I know have moved clients through my twenty years in the therapy chair – the models that have stood the test of time and can be easily taught and mastered so you have a way to navigate long term.
